Implement a patient-facing knowledge base integration with Intercom, allowing patients to quickly find answers to common questions without needing to contact support.
This will support:
- Faster resolution of common patient queries
- Reduced support workload for the operations team
- Improved patient experience
- Better integration with Intercom’s AI agent and messaging workflows
The knowledge base will become the primary self-serve support surface for patients.
