Bridge Clinic Flow

This project introduces a dedicated clinical pathway for patients identified during triage as unsuitable for cannabis treatment but appropriate for GP-led 'bridge' medications.

It covers updates across triage, consultation, prescribing, and pharmacy integration to support this flow end-to-end. This includes a new triage status and workflow, restricted clinician-only prescribing with guardrails (e.g. no repeats), and automated follow-up scheduling to ensure continuity of care.

The experience is intentionally separated from the standard patient journey, with prescribing handled in a secure, clinician-only interface and no exposure within the patient dashboard. Integration with pharmacy systems ensures same-day dispatch, with support for both PAYG and Releaf+ (fully covered) pathways.

Overall, this enables the clinic to safely support a broader set of patients, while maintaining clear clinical controls and operational consistency.
