This project establishes a more scalable and flexible approach to reporting by moving analytical workloads away from the core application and into a dedicated analytics environment. As data volume has grown, the current model - where reports are built directly into the admin application - has become harder to maintain and slower to scale.

By introducing a data pipeline and centralised data store for analytics, alongside tooling that allows teams to build and explore reports more easily, the project aims to improve performance, reduce engineering overhead, and unlock more advanced analysis. This will enable faster iteration on reporting needs, provide deeper insight into business and product performance, and create a more sustainable foundation for data-driven decision-making.
