Develop a native mobile app to enhance patient experience, engagement, and retention on mobile.
Create a native iOS and Android app for Releaf UK to better support how patients access the platform on mobile.
While the current web experience supports core journeys, a native app enables improved performance, smoother interactions, and access to mobile-specific capabilities such as push notifications.
This project establishes a foundation for a mobile-first experience and supports continued growth in patient engagement and retention.
Outcomes:
- Increased patient engagement and repeat usage on mobile
- Improved conversion and task completion rates on mobile
