By standardising how cases are created through escalations, safeguarding submissions, and internal workflows, and ensuring key information is consistently recorded through required fields, the initiative aims to improve data quality, traceability, and auditing.

This structured data will feed into a centralised Resolutions dashboard, enabling more accurate and timely reporting on case volumes, categories, statuses, and resolution times. Overall, the project supports better operational oversight, clearer visibility of workload and trends, and a more reliable foundation for compliance and decision-making.
