This project establishes a Technical Hub as a centralised source of truth for engineering, QA, and support teams. It will bring together onboarding guides, environment setup, architecture overviews, testing practices, support workflows, and key user journeys in a clear, well-structured format. The hub is intended to improve onboarding, enable better cross-team collaboration, and make critical technical and operational information easier to access and maintain over time.
