Reorder Throughput

Work is currently focused on the Reorder Flow, with progress centred on the phone consultation workflow and the shared foundations for new follow-up types. The remaining scoped work is now defined across updated follow-up screens, the health questionnaire path, timing and eligibility rules, consultation history, patient profile updates, analytics, and admin workflow changes.

Alongside that, Foundational Alignment is now in testing. For Global Navigation and Layout, the new header and footer have been built and are being integrated into the Releaf UK site.

Work is underway on the foundational backend changes needed to support the new follow-up experience. Current progress is focused on enabling additional consultation types within the existing model and booking flow, including support for phone and questionnaire-based follow-ups alongside video.

The implementation is designed to minimise disruption by maintaining backward compatibility, reusing existing consultation and questionnaire structures, and introducing new elements only where required. This includes establishing the base flow for phone consultations and adapting existing booking and consultation logic to support multiple channels.

Button and link replacements aligned to updated accessibility designs are also being finalised, with next steps focused on pre-consultation flows, reminders, analytics, and updates to existing workflows.

Accessibility improvements across the UK site have been prioritised, focusing on keyboard navigation, clear focus states, and improved colour contrast. Work has also been completed on updated buttons and links, and document structure is being reviewed to ensure pages are properly structured for assistive technologies.

For the Reorder Flow, designs have been updated to support admin area phone consultations, and documentation of the proposed architecture is now underway.
